Housing

James River Hall, completed in 2000, houses 429 upper-class students, and offers a variety of housing options. James River Hall has 3 Theme Units, 34 Apartments, and 54 Suites. The CNU Apartments, completed in 2002, houses 348 upper-class students.  CNU Village Apartments was completed in 2005 and houses 391 upper-class students. Both CNU Apartments and CNU Village offer two, three and four bedroom apartments.  Each student has a single room with their own private bathroom and share a common living area and kitchen. The Barclay Apartments offer upper-class students the option of two-bedroom units that accommodate 3 students and the Warwick River Suites accommodate doubles.

Students' rooms feature wall-to-wall carpeting, room controlled air conditioning and heating, movable furnishings, free local telephone service, a computer port which offers Internet access, and cable television service. Micro-fridge (refrigerator/freezer/microwave oven) units are provided to students who live in suites without kitchenettes. Students are also provided with private mailboxes located in the new Student Union.
